Supply, Delivery And Installation Of 20 Kva Servo Motor Operated Copper Wound Line Voltage Stabilizer At Ph-2 Of Akshynagar Water Supply Scheme Under Kakdwip Block Under Smd, Phe Dte.-2 Charges for dismentaling the foundation of existing damaged voltage stabiliser after disconnection of power supply as per direction of EIC 3 Supply and delivery at site of 20 KVA 3 phase, Oil cooled type servo motor operated copper wound line voltage corrector conforming to IS-9815 (Pt-)- 1994 suitable for unbalanced input voltagewith following specification including first filling of oil as per IS-335 where applicable. [Make: Approved make of P.H.E. Dte.] 4 a) Input voltage:- 3 phase main supply may or may not be balanced with respect phase to phase 200V-500V phase to neutral 115V-289V b) Output voltage: 3 phase balanced output voltage. Phase to Phase 400V 0r 415V ± 1% Phase to Neutral 230V or 240V ± 1% [provision should be made to adjust the variation of output voltage per phase by a variable pot well within ± 5% of output] c) Line Regulation: Output voltage should remain well within ± 1% of set voltage [from min to max i.e. either 400V or 415V supply variation] d) Load Regulation: Output voltage should remain neutral well ± 1% of set voltage be (from no load to full load] i.e. either 400V or 415V supply variation) e) Correction speed: Better than 35 Volts second f) Efficiency: Better than 95% on full load g) Cut off limit for [minimum & maximum] by limit switch with audio & visual. h) Metering indication: By selector switch provision should be made available to measure input mains supply and output voltage other stabilizer for load current measurement an ammeter with selector switch should be available. 5 i) Lamp indication: For input and output should be provided [ 3 lamp per side] j) MCCB protection: For input side. k) Load protection: HRC fuse on each output phase should be available. l) Output over shoot: Beyond 210V to 255 volt/phase in case ofMANUAL MODE and voltage protection AUTO MODE operation. m) VISUAL indication for under voltage over voltage of output. n) Manual mode: Up & Down correction with O/P voltage over shoot protection beyond 210V-255Volts per phase o) Nature of cooling: Oil cooled system p) Electric current over load protection q) Circuit for delay outputr) Input high voltage cut off above 470 volts)Mode of Operation: AUTO/ MANUAL with a provision to restore the normal working of the unit STANDBY OPERATION should be available in case of any Electronic failure in auto modet) Auto Mode: Normal / Standby. Dte.] 9 100 Amps 4 way Copper busbar chamber box by 16 SWG Sheet steel enclosure including poecelain chair etc. with painting complete as per direction of the EIC [Make: Approved make of P.H.E. Dte.] 10 35 sq. mm.3.5 core 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated Al. Ar. Cable as per IS:7098 (Part-II) 1988 with latest amendments [Make: Approved make of P.H.E. Dte.] 11 Making brick built foundation with supplying of all required materials suitable for the above voltage stabilizer by (4:1) cement mortar including down foundation bolts (if required) and plaster with neat cement finish as per direction of EIC. 12 Fitting fixing and connection of above supplied changeover switch, busbar and main switch as in item No. 3.10 to 3.30 on the wall by supplying all necessary materilas to complete the job. 13 Installation of the above voltage stabilizer of item No. 2 on the foundation including connection complete as per direction of EIC. 14 Drawing and connection of cable on wall as in item No.3.40 and all connection complete with all equipments as per requirement and as per direction. 15 Making joints of the cable by supplying compression type gland thimple, socket etc. as per requirement and as per direction. 16 Double earthing the whole installation complying with IE rules including supplying of all necessary earthing materials to complete the job as per direction of EIC. 17 Carrying charges of old damaged voltage stabiliser from working site otnearest store as per direction of EIC. This cost also includes loading unloadin both the ends.
