(b) PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, Pre-cast RCC cover with CI frame with suitable handle 50 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with 15mm bore galvanised iron light grade watering pipe and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. (d) 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade protection pipe for protection of earthing lead and earth lead, each 7.5m longcomplete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal.Note:-GI earth strip and 50mm medium gradeGI protection pipe upto 7.5m each shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) If the desire earth resisitance not obtained on testing after completion, earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost upto obtain the desired resistance. (iii) Tibba sand shall be shall be used by the contractor after filling of salt and charcoal for earthing. |

| 15 | Supply,design, instal , test and commission factory made LT Panel Board Cubical of CPRI approved,Outdoor Type, floor mounted double door, Front & rear openable shutters with locking arregements, comparmentalized, conforming to IS-5039, with protection class IP-54, suitablefor AC,3 phase ,4 wire,50 cycles, 415 Volts. The panel board shall be made of 3.15 mm CRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed), ofsize minimum (2.00 m x1.60 m x 0.80 m) with epoxy powder coated . The panel shall be with proper compartments as per IS speccifications and wirings with suitable size of copper conductor FRLSH cable of suitable size with thimbles, Base frame of the panel shall be made of angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6mm of upto 0.50m high above GL and 0.50m deep below GL, painted with two coats of synthetic ename; paint over a coat of red oxide primer, embedded in PCC (1.3.6) type C-2 using 40mm stone aggregates comprising of following:- (i)Common aluminium bus bar of capacity 800 Amp rating TPN each and suitable capacity TPN bus bar for outgoing MCCB\"s including aluminium lugs to connect the cable and cable gland for each cable entry as per cable size. (ii) Incoming :-(a) MCCB 4 Poles ,415 V, Adjustable type 500 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA suitable size and capacity-01 NoOutgoing:-(a) MCCB 4 poles, 415 V, adjustable type 200 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA suitable size and capacity-01 No.(b) MCCB 4 poles, 415 V, adjustable type 100 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA suitable size and capacity-02 Nos.(c) MCCB 4 poles, 415 V, adjustable type 63 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA suitable size and capacity-02 No.(iv) Voltmeter 0-500 Volts digital type square shape flush mounted with selecter switch -1 Nosset (v) Ammeter 0-500 Amps digital type square shape 96mm flush mounted with selecter switch and CT\"s 500/5 A-01 Set.Notes:-1. All the Existing cables shall be fixed with steel glands and lugs etc at requisite site complete all as speccified and directed. 2. Design and Drawings for LT Panel shall be got prepared by the contractor, checked by the Engineer-in-Charge and approved by the GE before procurement. |
