Cutting Welding Threading Work Under Jen Sec. Dheerdesar Purohitan Sub Dn Sri Dungargarh-2 Turning of various sizes of CID Joints Class- 10/ 15 Complete set (Labour Charges), The Joints will be supplied by the Junior Engineer concern of Department and carting to workshop and after turning of these joints, firm is liable to transport upto Junior Engineer concerns store own his cost. 3 80 mm dia 4 100 mm dia 5 125 mm dia 6 150 mm dia 7 200 mm dia 8 250 mm dia 9 Making Reducer Pump Piece with heavy duty pipes (Class- B) and flange (as per table- D)including cutting of pipe, threading welding and MS strip for length - 100 mm, Width- 20 mm and thickness- 6 mm and to be welded around the strip with pipe and flanged. Hole in the flange will be standard size and above 15 mm dia. in size. After tightening the pipe and flanged, welding will be done at junctin of flange and pipe complete in all respect including cost of material (Both the larger and smaller pipe will have equal length making reducer). The Total Length of Reducer Pump Piece will be 30 cm (300 mm). 10 2x2 ½ “ dia size (50 x 65 mm) 11 2”x 3” dia size (50 x 80 mm) 12 Supplying of MS Rods for different sizes of sluice valveand should be supplied as according to size of old rods including material and finishing for the following sizes. 13 Sluice Valve Size 80mm 14 Sluice Valve Size 100mm 15 Sluice Valve Size 125mm 16 Sluice Valve Size 150mm 17 Sluice Valve Size 200mm 18 Sluice Valve Size 250mm 19 Cutting of GI/MS/CI Pipes of any class as below (Rate per Mouth- One cutting only making two pieces). The Pipes will be supplied by the Department. 20 80 mm 21 100 mm 22 125mm 23 150mm 24 200mm 25 250mm 26 Welding on M.S. / G.I./CI Pipes and other material by Electric Welding, this includes all the material like welding rods/ equipment like welding machine/ generater, if required for job. 27 At Workshop 28 On Site 29 Providing, Fabrication of Mild SteelPlane Ended/ Flanged Specials like Tees, Bends, Reducers, Enlargers, Plugs, Tail Pieces and Blank Flange made from MS pipes, MS sheet strip and MS Sheet of required sizes by welding, cutting and treading as per site conditions and as directed by the Engineer- In- Charge complete in all respect. 30 Supplying ofMS Rods and Chuck Nut (Complete Set) for different sizes of sluice valveand should be supplied as according to size of Check Nut including material for the following sizes. 31 Sluice Valve Size 80mm 32 Sluice Valve Size 100mm 33 Sluice Valve Size 125mm 34 Sluice Valve Size 150mm 35 Sluice Valve Size 200mm 36 Sluice Valve Size 250mm 37 Sluice Valve Size 300mm
