    Tender For Annual Servicing And Overhauling Of Ht/Lt Equipment At Garvi Gujarat, New Delhi - Servicing and overhauling of VCB operating mechanism, cleaning of contacts & insulators and making circuit breaker electrical operational from TNC Switch. Testing of 11 KV VCB Panels as per test details given below: a) High pot testing of each pole to check healthiness of Vacuum Interrupter and its insulators. b) High Pot testing pf main bus bar. c) Insulating testing of VCB in close and open position. d) Removing of moisture and sulfation from CTs Spouts and other insulators and providing reinsulation on these parts. e) Testing of thermostatically controlled 230V AC space heaters in the CTs and cable End chamber. f) Servicing and high voltage testing of the VCB. g) Testing and Servicing of CT & PT. h) Testing and Servicing of Primary busing Rod. i) Testing and Servicing of Bus-Bar supporting insulator 400 Amp. j) Testing and Servicing of Rose Contact Testing and Calibration of IDMT protective relay 2 O/current and 1 E/Fault for HT and LT panel with primary injection set. Servicing and overhauling of different rating ACB of capacity 2000 AMP 5Nos, 1250 AMP 4 Nos, operating mechanism, cleaning carbon from contacts & insulators and making circuit breaker electrical operational from Switch and setting of tripping mechanism of ACB, adjustment of contact spring and setting of inbuilt protective device. Servicing, Testing of capacitor panel of capacity 305 KVAR i/c calibration of APFCR relay at site. Servicing, cleaning and testing of dry type transformer of Capacity 1250 KVA, 11 KV/440 V 3 Phase Transformer including performing the following tests as per IS standard: a) IR Value b) Magnetic Current c) Voltage Ratio d) High Voltage Test e) Core Balance Tests
