Sup[ply and placing of CC benches as directed by the departmental authorities. Double Sea saw with 4 seated ; 8 feet length and 4 feet width 1 – 6” height mounted on central frame structure of 80NB ‘C’ class GI Pipes of Tata / Jindal make and with proper hinges, holders. Bolts and nuts, powder coated multi color painting to 60 to 70 microns and seat of high quality LLDPE materials – all materials confirming to IS codes. Double Arch SwingDouble Arch swing of 6.50m x 1.50m size four seated with 6m long 80NB GI Pipe bent in single piece and welded together with a flange 5mm their of IS 40x40x5mm to form a strong frame bottom and middle height of the frame in 2700mm; top pipe 50NB GI pipe 2950mm length; swing clamp assembly made up of two parts are joined together with M6 allen bolts along with ‘S’ hook to house a bearing for smooth and noiselen swing; rubber dip molded 6 mm dia 1450mm along swing chain; ‘S’ hook of 8mm dia 145 x 130mm triangular hook of SS 304 grade; seats made of LLDPE; self lubricated SKF/ NTN/ NACHI make bearings; pins and clips of 12mm dia – all framing pipes of ‘C’ class GI pipe of Tata / jindal make and powder coated multicolor optional painting of 50-70 micros and all materials shall confirming to IS codes. 6 Seater Merry Go Round made of GI frame of ‘C’ class Tata / Jindal make vertical pipe of 80NB; and framing pipes of 32mm NB & 50mm with LDPE seating base 6 feet dia and powder coated multicolor optional painting of 50-70 microns and all materials shall confirming to IS codes. Cresent Slide :Main pipe made from 90 NB Mild Iron with heavy quality of pipes and standing flat form support pipes are made from 42 NB and 32 NB supports Mild Iron with heavy quality of pipes. Ladder steps and support pipes heavy Mild Iron, Crescent slide are made from heavy FRP of 6mm thickness.
