Supplying and fixing of citizen information board of size 3ft X 4ft (Shape, Dimensions and Layout(Shape• Rectangular with the top edge of the board pointed upwards with sides inclinedat 20 degrees with horizontal.Size)• Individual work: at least 0.91m (3ft) width X 1.22m (4ft) height (clear dimensions)Layout• Individual Work: Background YELLOW, border of the board and text in BLACKcolour.• Community Work: Background YELLOW, border of the board and text in BLUEcolour.)Material usage• Durable material such as bricks masonry, concrete block masonry, RCC, pre-cast RCC units, ferro-cement, stone slab, etc.• Durable and able to withstand at least a period of 10 years.• Locally available material such as kadapa slab, marble stone, tandur slabetc. are encouraged depending on the availability, durability, cost of thematerial and the ability to paint/ engrave the prescribed details on thematerial.• Oil paint or other material that is available locally and will remainpermanent or for a longer duration may be used.• Boards made of marble stone or similar materials may be engraved withdetails.• Use of materials such as tin, iron, flex sheets etc. are strictly prohibited.
