SORREQ MANPOWER FOR THE JOB: 02 NOS SKILLED MANPOWER (DRIVER/ TECHNICIAN/ CLEANER/SUPERVISOR) DUTY HOURS: 12 HRS / DAY ONLY (7:00 AM TO 7:00 PM) AREA OF THE JOB: SMP-2 ROOF JOB SCOPE OF WORK VENDOR (A)TECHNICAL: 1.Deployment of 350T Tyre Mounted Crane with 80-meter-long boom with Luffing Jib Arrangement for 12 Hours in Day. 2. This crane is required twice in a year in two different time periods (6 days + 6 days = 12 days) 12hrs. Per day duty (7:00 am to 7:00 pm) i.e. 6 days in first half of the year <(>&<)> 6 days in second half of the year 2025. 3.Length of Luffing Jib Arrangement should be with considering radius of 50 Meter Working. 20 mtr inside roof area is minimum requirement. 4.Max Load to be lift is 8 ton. (NEW ROOF SHEET BUNDLE <(>&<)> OLD ROOF SHEET BUNDLE) 5.vendor to arrange all tools, tackles <(>&<)> hydra for making luffing jib arrangement at site. 6.Shifting of material to be done safely during operations without any damage to operating asset. 7.Arrangement of trailer for shifting counter loads <(>&<)> arrangement of hydra to lifting <(>&<)> shifting material to be in vendor scope. 8.Timely Execution of work. 9.Billing will be done as per actual equipment, driver <(>&<)> manpower availability for the job. (B)SAFETY: 10.Competency Needs: a. A driver/ technician <(>&<)> cleaner shall have at least 1 yrs. of hands-on working experience in addition to that he/she shall have at least 8th/10th class of education. 11.Worker Safety Training: a. Safety induction is mandatory for all the associates before deploying them for the job. Job specific trade training and assessment is mandatory for all the key roles. b. Workers must undergo of associates training program organized by respective plant as a part of induction followed by assessment. c. All worker shall be medically fit to work in hazardous operation. 12.Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification: a. Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) reports should be updated regularly and submitted to AM/NS India for review. 13.Supervision: a. Deploy site in charges to manage overall operation, administration and emergency for the job and workers. b. Assign Job supervisor as per the job scope. c. Develop and implement a detailed Emergency Response Plan (ERP) that includes procedures for handling accidents, fires, and exposure to hazardous materials during the work. b. Emergency drills should be conducted every quarter to ensure preparedness, scenarios involving Gas leakage and fire, back fire, m aterial falling, etc. 15.Machines and Tools: a. All electrically operated machines shall be inspected and certified by AMNSI electrical engineer. b. All hand tools shall be inspected and certified as needed. c. All lifting tools and tackles shall be inspected at define frequency and certified by third party competent person and keep record in form-10. 16.Incident Reporting: a. Immediate incident reporting within 30 minutes of occurrence is mandatory. b. A Root Cause Analysis (RCA) must be completed within 48 hours of any incident, with findings and corrective actions reported to AM/NS India. 17.Mandatory Safety Audits: a. Conduct quarterly safety audits to ensure compliance with safety requirements, focusing on the proper implementation of job method statement requirements. b. Audit reports should be submitted to AM/NS India, with corrective actions implemented promptly. 18.PPE Requirements: a). All personnel involved in tarpaulin covering must wear; a. FRP Safety Helmet: (as per AM/NS India guidelines) b. Nitrile shole Safety shoes c. Thermal heat protective full body suit d. Leg sleeves. e. Heat protective hand gloves f. Safety jacket (As per AMNS India standards) g. Dust mask h. Safety goggles i. Hand gloves. j. Ear Plug / Earmuff k. Contractor shall fulfill all safety and environment rules as per guidelines of safety department. Regular inspection and replacement of PPE is required, with compliance to standards set by the Factories Act, 1948. 19.Health and Medical Surveillance: a. Comply the need of Pre-employment medical examination and periodic medical examination. Compliance with the health standards under the Factories Act, 1948 and the Occupational Safety, Health, and Working Conditions Code, 2020 is required. 20.Compliance with Indian Labor Laws: a. Adherence to Indian Labor Laws is essential, including compliance with the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Payment of Wages Act, 1936, and the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. 21.Any kind of unauthorized mobile phone are not allowed. 22.Following of all AM/NS India SOP <(>&<)> HSE Norms. Penalty for Unsafe Acts: # 10,000 for each unsafe act observed during safety audits or inspections. 39. Severe Safety Violations: # 50,000 for severe violations, such as failure to wear PPE, non-compliance with statutory requirements, or incidents resulting in material exposure or environmental contamination. 40.Safety Violations: # 25,000 for minor safety violations, including incomplete checklists or minor breaches of safety protocols related to the job. 41.Late Incident Reporting: # 5,000 per hour of delay beyond the 30-minute reporting window for any incident. 42.Failure to Provide Adequate Materials/Manpower: # 20,000 for each instance where materials or manpower are not provided as per the contract, leading to delays process. 43.Penalty for Non-Performance: #Penalty as per the monthly bill amount if the vendor fails to meet the required standards of scarfing or lancing with escalating penalties for repeated non-performance. 44.Penalty imposed in case of equipment breakdown during to work.
