Store Kesco, Kanpur. - Civil work: 2 Boring/drilling bore well of All types of soil 300 MM dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, upto 90 metre depth below ground level. 3 Boring/drilling bore well ofAll types of soil 300 MM dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge, beyond 90 metre & upto 150 metre depth below ground level. 4 Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing 100 mm nominal size dia in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. 5 Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing 100 mm nominal size dia in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 6 Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 7 Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by V notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 8 Providing and fixing 100 mm M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete. 9 Providing and fixing 100 mm dia Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I). 10 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) 32 mm nominal dia Pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. 11 Providing and fixing 32 mm dia nominal bore G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc. 12 Lowering of 80/65/50/40/32 mm dia M.S. column pipe in tubewell including supply of nuts, and bolts, packing and also carriage of pipe from workshop to site including all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 13 Supply & installation of electrical control panelfor 1 HP pump set single phase of L&T / Havells or equivalent make for submersible pump / pumpset containing contractor relay condenser. 14 Supply & Installation of1 HP submersible pump outlet 32 mm dia. or more, Head 78/30,Discharge 1100/2800 LPH of K.S.B/ CALAMA. or eqt. make including cost of labour, T&P and material required for completion of work. 15 Supply & fixing of steel wire rope forsubmersible pump including cost of labour, T&P and material required for completion of work. 16 Supply & fixing of submersible cable Havels or equivalent make, for 1.5mm2 submersible pump complete in all respect. 17 Transportation and installation of tube well drilling Rig m/c, compressure for development and other required equipments and accessories at site of work and dismentlling & taking them back after successful completion of the work including cleaning, levelling - dressing the site properly, also disposing off the surplus earth, silt, sand etc. 18 Providing and fixing 32 mm dia nominal bore G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc. 19 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.External work 20 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 21 Concrete work with 40 mm gauge brick ballast obtained from breaking brick bats (brick bats supplied by the department free of cost), coarse sand and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors, includingcost of all labour,materials, T&P etc required for proper completion of work. 22 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 23 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 24 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. 25 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 26 Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.
