All temporary arrangements for installation of lifeline will be arranged by vendor. Provision of any temporary lifeline post,lifelines for installation of permanent lifelines shall be in the scope of vendors. 2. Installation of Vertical SS lifeline (on all vertical ladders) with accessories as per supply if required. 3. Supply of Trained and Certified Manpower with all required tools and tackles. 4. Providing of Documents (Id Proof, WC Policy) for Gate Pass Procedure. 5. Providing of Daily Work Schedule and Completion to all the concerned. 6. Skilled manpower with valid height pass. Manpower must have experience of working at height. 7. Product Usage Training. 8. Physical inspection after installation. 9. Work Completion Certificate – As per Dish requirement to be issued by vendor India based on installers declaration and measurement sheet. 10. Adherence to Safety Norms of AMNS as per HSE guidelines. 11. Movement of Material to site - Transportation and unloading of material from AMNS Stores to the roof site Welding machine, cutting sets, all tools and tackles including certified descender/ascender device <(>&<)> fall arrester are in vendor’s scope. 12. First year free inspection of installed lifeline on the roof top. 13. Total quantity of wire rope to be specified along with accessories in the enquiry in terms in Running Meters. 14. Manpower to be deployed as per Competency Matrix latest revision. Movement of Manpower / Associates at our Hazira Site. 1. No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 2. Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. Other Terms: Associate has to undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AMNS has its own Secures Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is use for processing the Gate Pass. • Safety systems: Vendor should ensure necessary safety PPE, insurance etc. to the team deployed. Permitted speed of the vehicles within the premises is 30 kmph. Two wheelers not allowed.
