    Tender For Crack Sealing Of 130M Wide Road From Hindon Bridge To Sector-2 And Tech Zone-Iv, Greater Noida. - Providing and laying 40mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grainted hard stone chipping of 13.2mm nominal size at rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm centre to centre in both direction, pressed into surface when the temperature of surface is not less than 1000c producing 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface, all complete as per MORTH clause-516 VG-40 2 Providing and applying rubber bitumen painting in crack sealing crack above 3mm to 6mm with incliduing supply of bitumen 60/70@1.20 Kg/m2 & rubber power 5-6mm stone grit with line stone power in 1st coat as per detail (rubber power 10% & lime 5%) spreading laying painting including all material labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Bitumen grade 60/70 3 Labour cess and GST will be paid extra as per Govt. orders.
