Tender For Texture Paint/ Smooth Paint Work On The Outer Walls Of Geeta Shodh Sansthan, Vrindavan - Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S Tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system system with M.S tubes, M.S tube challis, M.S clamps and satircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work for cleaning and/or pointing and/or applying chemical and removing it theredafter. The Scaffolding system shall be sitffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per direcation and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:-(1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 13.46.1 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) Providing and applying of Heritage GRIT FINISH, a surface texture paint after applying corresponding roller coat brush finish as heritage primer on pre plastered surfacee to be smooth level without any undulations, color scheme as per approved sample in approved shade. Grit is a two component system of natural marble chips 25 kg and 5 kg of Bonding agent (100% pure Acrylic emulsion). The composition of texture paint consits of grit, made of natural marble chips, no pigment added att finish. flame retardant resistance to fungal and algal attacks The first coat (primer) should applied by brush or wool roller as base coat, diluted with sufficent water and the trowel and properly finished. The thickness of both coat should be 1.00 mm to 1.50 mm.
