Comprehensive maintenance charges will be released @ i) Rs. 0.80 for 2 HP, ii) Rs. 0.80 for 3 HP, Rs. 0.60 for 5 HP & 10 HP Submersible & Surface pump per WP per year at the end of each maintenance period i.e. at the end of 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year & 5th year. in case the Bidderdoes not provide service during the warranty & Comprehensive maintenance period, the amount so held up will be forfeited. 22 Insurance @ 2% for item no-9,12,16 & 18 for a periods of 5 years.Note : 21st years insurance charge is to be paid on production of Original Receipt of premium payment. Remaining 4 years Insurance payment is to be withheld which will be released during 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th year on production of Original Receipt of premium payment. 23 Remote monitoring for 5 years: Provision for remote monitoring for the pumps must be made in the pump controller through an integral arrangement having following basic functions:a. Controller must be assigned with a unique serial number and its live status must be observed remotely on online portal through login credentials.b. Live status must indicate whether controller is ON/ OFF. The parameters i.e. the water output, water flow rate, in fault condition, array input voltage/ current, power and motor frequency should at logged at an interval of 10 minutes c. Controller must have a back up to store the data locally ( at least for 1 year) supply & installation of GSM/GPRS based Data Transmitter or Modem and to provide remote monitoring service to transmit the parameters to central server from the solar pumping system with time stamp at user-defined interval and report generation at the buyer end. (Refer Technical Spec.) 24 Cleaning and washing of modules once in a month with clear water to remove deposited dust and dirt on the module surface and keep the modules clean throughout the year. The activity to be performed for eight months in a year excluding four monsoon months. A log book should be maintained at thr site for the saidpurpose. 25 Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifying the exact location ofscheme (one at road side and other at site) the board will be made 3 mm thick MS plate of size 300 mm x 600 mm and fitted and fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-1) including cutting, welding LS and writting of both sides of Sign board. Base - Yellow, and words - Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soling. This will include one materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of E.I.C. 26 Add GST 18% on Itemno 1-25 27 Add Labour Cess@ 1% on item no 1-26 28 Campaigning in the command area of one no clustered SPSIS Sub- project by community workers for mass awareness , capacity building to achieve sustainability of Sub-projects. Cost include wage payment to community workers, transportaton, leaflet etc. 29 Demarcation of command area, selection of beneficiaries and preparation of land schedule within the Command area of one no clustered SPSIS Sub-project having CCA 10.5 Ha 30 Meeting Cost for WUA formation, cost including Refreshment, training materials, transport local conveyance, wage payment to community worker, remuneration to resource person and incidental charges 31 Registration Cost for WUA under suitable act ( Society ) deed writing including registration charge, conveyance cost & opening of Bank A/C etc. 32 Livelyhood plan / Micro plan formulation cost for minor irrigation scheme, cost including refreshment, training materials, transport local conveyance, wage payment to community worker, remuneration to resource person and incidental charge ( rate on meeting ) 33 Meeting and onsite demonstration for operation & maintenance of Scheme , water manangement and mode of collection of water tax, building of corpus fund etc 34 IEC Materials ( Leaflet, poster, notebook )= 8 meetings, for SL - 2 and SL - 4 35 Documentation Cost for activities of WUA Scheme by photography, report booklet etc in both hard and soft copy. 36 Impact study & monitoring of scheme by site visit of 2 Community workers during 3 years period
