Repairing And Rectification Of Different Electro Mechanical Equipments Of Bally Jagacha Surface Water Based Water Supply Projects In The Dist Howrah Under Electrical Division Phe Dte E/M Works- 1 Dismantling and taken out of re-circulation pump from its existing position part by part as per direction of EIC. 2 Dismentlingpump motor set part by part and repairing with supplying new spares and old serviciable spares as per direction of EIC. 3 Fitting fixing of recirculation pump testing, commissioning all complete upto entire satisfaction of EIC. 4 Providing M.S wire netat pump house to prevent pigeon and other birds with necessary materials scaffolding arrangement complete as per direction of EIC. 5 Providing vinyl boards at different buildings and utilities including individual pump capacity as under as per direction of EIC. 6 Supply and delivery at sitefull bore electro-magnetic flow meters having following specification:-Protection: IP68 (Minimum inbuilt 20 meter cable, factory potted), Full bore type Electro Magnetic Flow meter With Smart remoteTransmitter (Volume Flow rate output: 4-20mA HART Output andTotalizer Pulse Output: 0.05cu.m /Pulse) With LCD 4 line backlitDisplay and configuration through Bluetooth, Calibration lab as perISO 17025 , Accuracy: 0.5% , +/- 2mm/sec, Inbuilt 6 Nos. Measuring Electrode, 1 No. Reference Electrode, 1 No. grounding electrode & inbuilt Empty Pipe Detection Electrode with Polyurethane/Hard Rubber Liner ,Supply: 24V DC or 230VAC.No upstream and downstream straight run require. Zero Upstreamand downstream run, unrestricted full bore (non-reducing) flow meter without compromising on 0.5% accuracy 7 i) DN-500 at WTP 8 ii) DN-250 at Jagadishpur OHR 9 iii)DN-250 at Bally Jagacha BDO Office OHR 10 iv) DN-250 at Ghoshpara OHR 11 v) iv) DN-200 at Chamrile OHR 12 Fitting fixing of above supplied flow meter with providing necessary materials such as DM joint, flange, pipe & specials including cutting , shaping, welding etc all complete as per direction of EIC. 13 i) DN-500 at WTP 14 ii) DN-250 at Jagadishpur OHR 15 iii)DN-250 at Bally Jagacha BDO Office OHR 16 iv) DN-250 at Ghoshpara OHR 17 v) iv) DN-200 at Chamrile OHR 18 Calibration of above flow meter withmaster flow meter, testing, commissioning all complete as per direction. 19 Add: 18% GST 20 Add: 1% CESS
