Providing And Laying Fitting Of Pipes Clear Water Main Water Treatment Plant To Existing Distribution Network , Road Trench Restoration And Toe Wall At Head Work At Devsar Under ( Amrut 2.0)- 1 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides andramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:(All Kinds of soils) 2 Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (All Kind of Soils) 3 Providing and laying of stone soling including rmming ,consolidating &levelling all complete including all carriages. 4 Providing and laying S&S Centrifugally Cast (Spun)/ Ductile Iron Pipes conforming to IS : 8329 5 150 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K - 7 Pipes 6 200 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K - 7 Pipes 7 Providing and fixing of MS Flanges With Nuta Bolts and Washer Including all lead and lift complete job. 8 100 mm dia G.I 9 80 mm dia G.I 10 Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings excluding trenching and refilling etc. (external work ( B Class Medium) 11 100 mm dia. nominal bore 12 80 mm dia. nominal bore 13 65 mm dia. nominal bore 14 50 mm dia. nominal bore 15 40 mm dia. nominal bore 16 25 mm dia. nominal bore 17 20mm dia. nominal bore 18 15mm dia. nominal bore 19 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:( 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 35 Providing and laying of filter media effective size of sand varies from 0.45 mm to 0.70 mm having uniformity coefficient between 1.30 to 1.75 and should be dust free from other organic impurities to be obtained from Ganderbal and the size of gravel should varryfrom 2mm to 40 mm including all carriages complete. 36 Gravel 20mm - 50mm 37 Gravel 12mm - 1mm 38 Filter Sand 39 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 40 Carriage of Different Materials by M/Transport including loading /unloading and Stacking complete.
