Tender For Interlocking Work Till Paved Road In Gram Sabha Narayanpur - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlierand disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned,upto a lead or 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceedingh 150mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. 2 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. 3 Earth work in surface excavation 30 cm and above in depth but exceeding 1.50 m width as well as 10 sqmon plan including getting out and disposal of excavatedearth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.50 m as directed by engineer-in-charge all kind of soil.Ref to DAR 2.6.1 4 Concerete with 4 Cm. gauge brick ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for poper completion of the work. SI No.- 273 5 Brick work with common brunt clay (non modular) bricks of class 150 in foundation and plinth in cment mortar in 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse snad).Ref to DAR 6.1.1 6 PCC work in 1:2:4 on Brick edging 7 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 8 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 9 Providing and laying of Interlocking concrete block pavement of grade M-30 having thikcness 80 mm and including 25 mm local sand cushion below interlocking blockas per drawing and technical specification clause 1504 10 Supply & Fixing of sign board & Photography 11 G.S.T. Shall be Paid extra as per Prevailing rules
