Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85(One) kilogramme per square meter using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Five hundred Two) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
