To carry out visual inspection and distress survey of building/Structure and to carry out the Non-destructive tests and to check the structure stability of G+1 storey and G+2 storey of bldg No P-20 and P-21 of inliving block (total Plinth area-19100 Sqm including ground +2 storey (NOM and inliving blocks).Note:- Mobilisation/ Demobilisation charges for transportation of all men and mechinaries/Equipment for conducting the survey work including necessary.

Formwork shall be deemed to be incleded in the quoted rate of the item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Following mandatory NDT check to be carried for health check up of RCC structure:- (a) Rebound Hammer (Schmidit hammer test) Strength test for each part of column beams and slab. (b) Ultrasonic pulse velocity test for all damaged RCC members. (c) Reinforcement scanning test (d) Concrete resistivity test (e) Sulphide and chloride ingress test

(f) Presenting complete investigation data in the prescribed format including important observation during investigations. (g) Detailed specification in drawing showing all members of building /structure with specification highlight of members which are unsafe. (h) Remedial measures to be taken with brief specification of drawing. i) The report shall contain sufficent coloured photographs of superficial exploration at site. (k) The report shall swell up on various options to make the structural safety with respect to existing work.(l) Repair methodology along with estimate for retroffiting in BOQ form is to be included in report. (m) The report shoud mainly focus on feasiblity and strength aspects of existing building to ensure and certify that building is safe for addition, alterations and repairs. (n) Member to be repaired on priority. (0) The superficial and technical investigation report in six sets and shall be vetted and approved by IIT/NIT or any GOVT Engg college as approved by GE
