Providing micro concrete using construction chemicals ConbextraGP 2 mixed with admixtures MYK and 6mm chips by30 % of in volume, after applying bonding agent to the old chipped /cleaned concrete surface viz Nito Bond EP including cost of all materials, all chemicals, all labour charges, all lead & lift, head load lead, cost of all materials, erecting slurry tight form work using plywood, cleaning the surface , mixing the chemicals using power operated stirrer, curing charges lead, lift, dewatering the seepage water etc., complete (Power supply will be provided at free of cost for the equipment at one point closer the working area).

Drilling 18mm Dia holes in RCC surface, Supplying and fixing 300mm long 15mm PVC Pipe into the hole using lock fix with rendockplug including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., hire charges for drilling machine, etc., complete. 100mm length PVC pipe to be protred outside for enabling grouting. (Power supply will be provided at free of cost for the equipment at one point closer to the working area).

Grouting with PU Injectionhydrophobicgrout based onPolyurethane or its equivalent etc. through 12mm dia baker nozzle fixed in the RCC surface modifier to get pumpable consistency and grouting theprepared slurry in to the pre fixed nipple using 40PSI hand operated grout untilthe refusal of slurry including cost of Polyurethane sealent chemicals, Rendroc plug for fixing & refilling the plug surface, labour charges T&P, lead, lift,etc. complete .

Pluging the grout nipple using rapid setting Rendroc plug including the labour charges, cost of materials, T&P\"s, lead,lift,etc., complete.,
