Tender For Bilari Jargaon Chandausi Road Km-15 To Mohammad Mansukh Link Road - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Including All Taxes but Excluding cost of GST. 2 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 usingbitumen boiler oil firedat the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Including All Taxes but Excluding cost of GST. 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Including All Taxes but Excluding cost of GST. 4 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Including All Taxes but Excluding cost of GST. 5 Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, 15 cm thickness as per design over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 Grade coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side frame work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the framework as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints by providing 12mm thick dura board at the specified spacing, applying debonding strips primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 but including cost of polythene sheet. Including All Taxes but Excluding cost of GST. 6 Excavation in fundation in ordinary soil ( Loam,clau or sand ) including lift upto 1.5M and lead upto 30M and including filling wetering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches of into the space between the bulding and the sides of foundation trenchesor into the plinth and removal and disposalof surplus earth as the directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30M from the foundation trenches.( Where machine can not reach/move).For Building work only.(SI No-251). Including All Taxes but Excluding cost of GST. 7 Cement Concrete with 4cm Guage Stone ballastconarse sand andcement concrete in proportion of1:4:8including supply of all meterials labour and T&P etc. requried for proper competion of the work. (SI no - 281). Including All Taxes but Excluding cost of GST. 8 R.C.C Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors. Windows and sunshades excluding supply of reingrorcment and its bendingbut including itr fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I binding wire and includingnecessary centering and suttering etc. and supply of all meterials. labour and T&P etc requried for proper completion of the work Binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost including making of drip coarse.(SI No-283). Including All Taxes but Excluding cost of GST. 9 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforcment concrete or reinfocmend brick work ( when not including in an over all rates) wrought to requried shade as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel.(SI No 504). Including All Taxes but Excluding cost of GST. 10 Construction of sub grade and earthern shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to sites, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 303.1. Including All Taxes but Excluding cost of GST. 11 Supply & Fixing 80 mm thick Precast cement concrete I-Shape interlocking paver block a with top layer of minimum 8mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. cement, Smooth high gloss finish, skid reditant. manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression machanism. The compressive strength of concrere paver block shall not be less than 30MPA (M-30) and wight 5kg per no confirming to IS; 15658-2006 with a 4 cm thick layer of fine sand including cost of material,labour, T & P TAXES etc requried for proper completion of the work as directed by Enginner- in-charge.
