| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of \"silent type\" new Diesel Generator set of reputed make/ manufaturer having prime power rating of 20 KVA, 415 volt, 0.8 lagging power factor suitable for 50 HZ, 3 phase system (conforming to the norms of CPCB IV+ upto latest amendmend) comprising of 4 Stroke Liquid cooled Diesel Engine, electric start turbocharged developing of min. 25 BHP at 1500 RPM, capable of taking 10 % over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continous operation coupled with self excited and self regulated, Brush less, Synchronous alternator with H class insulation in SPDP enclosure rated at 20 KVA, 415 V at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 HZ, A.C supply with 0.8 lagging power factor, both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on a common MS base frame in Accoustic & wheather proof enclosure on suitable C.C foundation as per manufacturer drawing & design complete with Automatic mains failure control Panel (AMF) with suitable rating MCCBs including auto/ manual by-pass, battery charger, Micro-processor based Genset controllers with display for voltages & Currents, Frequency, Genset KVA, KW, KWh, KVAr, Power Factor, Lube oil pressure, Engine Temperature, RPM, Run Hours, Number of starts, Fuel Level, Auto / Manual Stop, Emergency Stop, Battery charge condition, advanced Digital AVR for improving voltage regulation & response time, Electronic Governor, Fuel tank, Residential type silencer, AVM pads fitted on base frame, First fill of lube oil, 12V DC starting system comprising of starter motors & 1 No. 12V battery including transportation, loading and unloading of the DG set. The entire set must be warranted least of 24 months / 5000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier. The agency will have to fill full tank & provide permanently multi-core control cables as required with allied accessories including laying of the same before commissioning of the DG set and also including supplyingandfixingexhaustgaspipingof suitabledia.weldedblackMS,BClasspipe conformingtoIS:3589cuttorequiredlengths andinstalledwithnecessarybends,supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool/Rockwool, 50mmthickwiremesh&aluminumcladding etc., The DG set should be of reputed brand and must be approved by the Engineer-in Charge and installed as per CPWD specifications. |

Sheet should have protective guard film of 25micronsminimum to avoid scratches during transportation ans should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as desired by Engineer -in- Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screws of sixe 5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required |
