(The rates to be quoted including the cost of materials, labour charges, carriages, loading and unloading upto site excluding GST & Labour Welfare Cess.) 2 P.V.C wall panneling with PVC Louvered channels, of size 200 mm x 2400 mm 1.5 mm thick over pre-fabricatged 6 mm thick wall panelling fixed on wooden frame, as per direction of EIC. The PVC pannels to be fixed with synthetic resin (HITAX), cleaning the surface properly etc. all complete as per direction of EIC. (The rates should be given including the cost of materials, labour charges, carriage upto the site, loading and unloading excluding GST & Labour Welfare Cess.) 3 Supply, Fitting, Fixing wall cabinet made of 19mm water proof plywood and block board,conforming IS710 of approved make, 6mm back, outside P.U. coating, high gloss buffing for smooth finish andinside fixing 0.8 mm thick white laminate and making necessary partition wich 19 nmm thick ply as per drawing and design of EIC orglass (if required) etc. and necessary fittings including auto hinge,handle, wadrobe lock all complete as per direction of EIC. (Measurement taken on the basis of two longer dimension.) 4 Supply, Fitting, Fixing wall cabinet made of 19mm water proof plywood and block board,conforming IS710 of approved make, 6mm back, outside coloured decorative laminate andinside fixing 0.8 mm thick white laminate and making necessary partition wich 19 nmm thick ply as per drawing and design of EIC orglass (if required) etc. and necessary fittings including auto hinge,handle, wadrobe lock all complete as per direction of EIC. (Measurement taken on the basis of twolonger dimension) 5 Supply, Fitting, Fixing table cabinet / secretariat table made of 19mm water proof ply board conforming IS710 of approved make, outside sunmica lamination, / teak ply and inside providing 0.8 mm thick white laminate, glass top & wheel for movement (if required) etc. and necessary fitting including handle, lock all complete as per direction of EIC. 6 Supply, fitting and fixing of printed sinage boards of size 6x14 of acrylic plate, fixed with vynile sticker displaying the message as per design of the department. 7 Supplying, fitting and fixing of one office board of size 3x5 made up of acrylic board, with acrylic plate lettering duly fixed withsynthetic resin, as per departmental design including the cost of materials, labour charges, and carriage etc. all complete but excluding GST & Labour Welfare Cess. 8 Suppling, fitting and fixing of window curtain with curtain rod, runners etc. all complete, including the cost of materials, and stiching charges etc. all complete as per direction of the EIC but excluding GST & Labour Welfare Cess, 9 Supply of official chair (non revolving) with side handle, of approved make and brand, including carriage uptosite, but excluding GST & Labour Welfare Cess.
