Augmentation Of Sub-Station Equipment For Electrical Bulk Services At Bihar Sector Head Qtr., Crpf At Digha, Patna.-OFFICE OF EE (E)(Patna), CPWD, PATNA (BIHAR) Addition – (A) NIL Deletion - (D) NIL Correction – (C) NIL Omission – (O) NIL AE (E)P 1.1 Supplying, Installation, testing & commissioning of 500 KVA 11/0.433 KV 3 phase 50 Hz, Dy11 vector group, outdoor ONAN type copper wound Transformer with off load tap changing arrangement on HV side in steps of 2.5% from +5% to -10% (as per IS 1180 level 1) having cable end boxes on HV side suitable for 3 core 240 sq mm size XLPE cable of 11 KV grade and 02 nos 3.5 core 185 sq mm size XLPE cable of 1.1 KV grade on LV side with neutral brought out separately, suitably mounted MS Chanel and installation on existing CC/ brick foundation including all accessories and losses as per latest IS 1180 level 1 (Maximum losses of 2930 watt at 100% load and 980 watt at 50% load) & as per specification attached complete in all respects as required at site. 1.2 Supplying and erection of 11 KV 630 Amps Gang operated Air Break Switch suitable for out door Vertical/ horizontal pole mounting tilting type having 3 phase 3 nos. 11 KV 320 mm C.D. post insulator per phase based on 75 X 40 mm GMS channel complete with 25 N. B. 18 ft. to 19 ft long G.I. pipe for gang operation, 25 mm G.I. square bar 1.8 mtr. long for phase operation hande & key as per IS: 9921. (Make - IP/ AC/ JSI/ BIC/ OLI/ RRI or equivalent). 1.3 Supplying and erection of 11 KV air insulated Drop out fuse unit, suitable for out door vertical pole mounting type having 3 phase 2 nos. per phase post insulators on 75 x 40 mm. GMS channel and 11 KV Barel fuse complete as required. 1 set = 3nos SH-II (LT PANELS & FEEDER PILLAR) MAIN LT PANEL (Non -Essential Supply) 2.1 Fabricating, Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of cubicle type LT panel suitable for 415V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire 50 Hz Ac supply system, fabricated in compartmentalized (preferably) design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland, plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having 500 Amp capacity extensible type TP&N aluminium alloy bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity of 31 MVA for 1 Sec., bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mmx 50mm x 5mm thick, including providing 50mmx50mmx6mm thick angle with four legs to keep the LT panel upto 450mm above ground level and 150mm grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Al. bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sq. mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor S/C cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, ( Drawing shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge before fabrication ) i/c providing following switch gears :- Note- All MCCB shall be with rotary handle and have Ics = 100 % Icu.
