Providing Play Material To Chandra Suriya Garden Park In Ward No 14- 1 Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20Betc.,complete 2 Footings 3 Plinth Beam 4 Supplying and filling in foundation andbasement with filling M sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification. 5 Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand, eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge handbroken granitestone jelly for foundation including dewatering if foundnecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cmthick and compacted,etc., complete complying withstandard specfication. 6 Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification and directed 7 Plinth Beam 8 Columns upto 3.00m height 9 Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement,one and halfsand &three course aggregate)using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCCitemsof works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement including curing etc.,complete and alsoincluding fixingfan clamps and fixtures in RCCworkswherever necessary as directed by departmentalofficer etc., complete. 10 Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS(or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost ofsteel and binding wire also in all floors as per standard specification. 11 Suppling and fixing f solid Blocks of size 40cm x 20cm x20cm confirming to ss 2145-1965 (including jam blocks closres etc.,) made in Cc 1:3:6 (one cement three fine agreegate and six course aggreegate) for masonare wall partition and wall including etc., complete 10m3 12 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) ,12 mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications 13 Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification. 14 Painting 2 coats with approved cement paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling andother new surface and including cleaning, preparingthe surface and curing etc., complete. 15 Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coatincluding the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.
