Partially drain out of Transformer oil upto required level in empty oil tanker/ empty oil drums after removal of associated jumper for replacement of LV side bushings of 63 MVA Transformer I(R phase) & II( Y phase) at 220 KV Sub-Station Dadri. (Centrifuging machine with operator shall be provided by the contractor)

Dismantling of 33 KV LV side bushings of 63 MVA Transformer I(R Phase) &II( Y Phase) at 220 KV Sub-Station Dadri with the help of crane. Replacement of bottom gasket and rubber ball of bushing thimble of 63 MVA Transformer I(R Phase) & II(Y Phase) andErection of LV side dismantled bushing of 63 MVA Transformers after completingthe job satisfactory (Crane with operator shall be provided by the contractor, Gasket and rubber ball shall be provided by the contractor)

Filling of drained Transformer oil from oil in main tank after attending the oil leakage of 63 MVA Transformer I & II. (Centrifuging machine with operator shall be provided by the contractor)

Circulation of T/F oil of 63 MVA Transformer I & II in main tank by connecting centrifuging machine to be provided by the Contactor. Taking BDV values of oil IR values periodically till the required value is reached as per direction of Supervising Engineer.Centrifuging machine with operator & oil testing set shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.
