To remediate the Legacy Waste at Site; Clear the processed wastes from the site; reclaim the site; Handover the land back to MCC all activities in accordance with SWM Rules, 2016 (within the given timeline)The rates quoted should include all cost and Taxes.

Note:(i) The TAXES shall be INCLUDED(ii) The minimum guaranteed quantity will be around 75000 MT subjected to variation (+ve/-ve) to any extent as directed and accepted by Municipal Corporation Chandigarh (CMC) based on comminucation received from CMC(iii) Any variation in RDF disposal beyond 100 km shall be subject to further negotiation
