| 1 | Providing day to daymaintenance of Electrical and electromechanical services installed in telecom premises to ensure minimum breakdown, by arranging/ deployingTWO un-skilled, ONE semi-skilled Man-powers in general shift (for 26 days) for checking of system, cleaning and restructuring of MV panels, feeder Pillers along with switch gears,minor testing checking and connection/disconnection, preventive maintenance of AVR, AFD panel,Pump Set, DG set etc, Cleaningwith blower, greasing of moving contacts and terminals, testing of system wherever required. The work includes restoration of all kinds electrical breakdown at LT end ofTE/BTS/Quarters, checking of faults in the system, replacing faulty spare parts/fittings/appliances, checking ofinsulation by meggering with insulation tester, checking of earth resistance by Earth tester, checking AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, frequency using Clamp Meter, counting/measuring of Electrical items/appliances at all the Telecom buildings and submit report to Engineer In charge to prepare inventories, Arranging to restore the systemwith the available resource & materialetc as reqd etc and any kind of work as instructed by the Engineer in charge [The cost of materials shall be measured separately as per the direction of Engineer in charge)] [The manpower will be responsible for traveling throughout the state of Tripura whenever required, as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Accordingly, the cost of journey/transportation will be calculated.] |

The warranty termination date should be clearly mentioned on the product using a permanent marker, along with the vendor\"s signature. If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, it must be replaced free of cost. |
