Comprehensive annual maintenance contract And Operation Of All Type Electrical Fixtures, D.G Sets, Pump Sets, High Mast Including Whole Network Of Electrical Panels, Feeder Pillars At Ngm Najafgarh For 1 Year- 1 Providing qualified staff round the clock with T&P to repair,maintenance and operation of all type of electrical fixtures, fans, pumps, D.G. Sets,High Mast, electrical panels, feeder pillars, cables network and other accessories installed at APMC office and NGM Najafgarh. The minor items i.e PVC tape, Nut bolt, washers for execution work shall be provided by the contractors.Minimum qualified staff engaged at site as below:- 1.Wireman Gd -1- 4 Nos 2 Operation & Comprehensive annual maintenance contract of following installation i.c repair/ replacement of all major / minor parts. The mobile oil for periodic service/maintenance shall also be provided by the contractor. 3 Boosterpumpscapacity of 20 H P with starter control panels- 02 Nos 4 Submersible pump capacity of 7.5 H P & 5 H P with starter control panels -02 Nos 5 Vacuum pump capacity of 5 H P with starter control panels -01 Nos 6 Boosterpumpscapacity of7.5 H P with starter control panels- 02 Nos 7 Vacuum pumpscapacity of 1 H P with starter control panels-01 Nos 8 Domestic Monoblock pump 0.75 H P & 0.5 HP - 3 Nos 9 Taking out of deffective submerssible pump set from borewell alongwith pipes/ cable etc from the depth of 30 mtr approx as required 10 Installationofrepaired submerssible pump set from borewell alongwith pipes/ cable etc from the depth of 30 mtr approx as required 11 Comprehensive AMC of Below mentioned Diesel Generator set complete with supplying & replacement of parts in Engine & Alternator and servicing of DG set atleast once in 6 month or earlier as per requirement with lub oil, gasket, water separator, water hose sets, de-scaling of radiator, cu-washer etc. for a period of one year. 12 62.5 KVA DG Set 13 25 KVA DG Set 14 Supply of following genuine & approved ISI marked material as and when required during the contract period .
