Ats Of Advance Make Installed At Yamuna Vihar- 1 Repairing/renovation/servicing/overhauling of Advance make Auto Transformer Starter 415V 3 Phase 80-100 HP by replacement of damaged spares as required in 2 Nos. ATS Fixed finger contact heavy-24 Nos. fixed finger contact -B-12 Nos. Moving Tip Big - 12 Nos. Stream carrier Assembly with nut bolt & Washer - 12 Nos. Over load coil 4 Nos., Bakelite bush - 12 Nos. Base board - 1 No., Greasing on mechanical parts for smooth operation. replacement of hardwares spring & repairing of lever assembly. Replacement of thimble & make cable connection. 2 Replacement of copper wound transformer with e core coil in 50% 65% & 80% tapping mounted on a MS angle Base frame heavy duty suitable up to 100HP 3 Transformer oil Make: Savita 4 Filling of transformer oil after draining of old oil & cleaning of ATS Tank. 5 PVC insulated copper flexible wire single core 1100 V 70 sq.mm Make: Havells/Polycaab/Kalinga/Finolex. 6 Testing & commissioning of the ATS after repairing with relevant IS as follow: - Check equipments specification. - Continuity and ear thing. - Meggaring of all equipments for phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth.
