From Forebay Tank Along With Tit-Bit Repairing Of Trash Rack Near Bell-Mouth At Sidrapong Hydro Electric Project Under Mini Micro Hydel Division, Kurseong, Dist- Darjeeling.-- 1 Labour for Chipping of concrete surface before taking up Plastering work. 2 Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75m In ground floor including roof a) Upto 150 mm thick. 3 Scraping of moss, blisters etc.thoroughly from exterior surface of walls necessitating the use of scraper, wire brush etc.(Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-charge 4 Removal of rubbish,earth, silt etc. from the Forebay tank/workingsite and disposal of the same beyond thecompound, in conformity with the Municipal /Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading intotruck and cleaning the site in all respect as perdirection of Engineer in charge including bailing out / pumping out water if required complete in all respect. 5 Extra for carriage of all kinds of soil for each additional unitleadof50m(orpartthereof)includingloading and unloading. (Borrow pit measurement) (ii)Beyond 200 m & up to total lead of 500 m 6 Supplying, fitting, fixing, Chain link fencing of approved quality with R.C.C posts wooden posts or iron posts by means of galvanised C clips to grid of horizontal strands of galvanised high tensile spring steel wire of 12 S.W.G which have to be tensioned and fixed to the vertical posts by means of galvanised special clips, bolts and nuts etc.(VI) 25 mm. x 25 mm. x 12 g. 7 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(ii ) River Bazree 8 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary(Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] p-189/i-1(i) With 1:4 cement mortar.(b) 15 mm thick plaster 9 Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc.NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m 10 M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete.
