Carrying the defective 25HP pump-motor set by hired vehicle from D.Roypur to Kolkata workshop including loading and unloading charges.

Dismantling the said defective pump-motor setpart by part, by engaging competent manpower as per ditection.

Supply and delivery of the following spares as per sample for the above pump-motor set :-

Rewindingof the motor for above sludge pumping machinery by supplying suitable size PVC insulated copper wire as per sample with all accessories including heat varnishing to complete the work after taking out all the damaged coil as per direction (Cost of winding is considered after deducting the value of burnt out coil).

Checking of rotor shaft and necessary straightening.

Rotor grinding and polishing.

Reassembling of the pump set with newly supplied spares (as mentioned in sl. No. 3) as well as the existing serviceable ones including cable jointing as per direction.

Painting the repaired pump motor set with two coats of paint after scrapping off, preparing the surface etc.

Carrying of the repaired pump-motor set by hired vehicle from Kolkata workshop to work site at D.Roypur including loading and unloading charges.
