Tender For Special Repair To Boundary Wall Of Kv School At Mil Stn Abohar; 1 Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. 2 M&L for Brick work with sub class B old size brunt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 All as above itemsbut except bricks all as specified . 4 M&L PCC (1:2:4) Type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate0 used as in benching and coping. 5 Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors built in cement or cement lime mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 6 M&L for Keyed pointing onnew brick wall in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 7 Dismantling posts or struts( wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground 8 FIxing only angle iron post and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 9 S&Fangle iron post and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 10 S&F in repaire Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbedwire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc and takeing down of existing barbed wire complete. as specifiedand directed. 11 M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from surfaces of walls/soffits of roof projections & chajjas /ceilings etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for new surface painting two coats of synthetic enamel paintincl preparation to steel surfaces ,over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed 14 M&L for old surface painting two coats of synthetic enamel paintincl preparation to steel surfaces ,over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed 15 Material and labour for Preparation ofnew plastered/unplasteredexternal wall surface by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying theTwo coats of wheather proof exterior acrylic paint of approved tint over a coat ofcement primer by using paint brush / Roller complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on Old external wall plastered/unplastered surfaces of any desciption, preperation of surface by Mechanised sander having suction vaccum Bag using Smart periodical methodology, applying Two coats of wheather proof exterior acrylic paint of approved tint over a coat ofcement primer by using paint brush / Roller complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed Note : Contractor may use manual scraping tools for complete removal and surface prepration with prior approval of Engr-in-chrge in case of places where using of Mechanical equiment are not posiible. 17 Grubbing uptree trunk n exc 30Cmincluding cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground/wall, digging out roots, filling holes andlevelingoff ground, stacking of serviceable material and removingof unserviceable material to a distance nexc.500mand clearing site
