Providing Men, Machinery And Materials For Execution Of Emergent Works At Site As Per Requirement Due To Breaches/ Floods/ Calamity Etc For Irrigation Canals Of Sub Division Kulgam For The Year 2025-26 (Stage Contract).- 1 Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) includingdisposal of excavated earth lead upto 50meters and lift upto 1.5 m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.All kinds of soil : 2 Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) includingdisposal of excavated earth lead upto 50meters and lift upto 1.5 m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.All kinds of soil : 3 Extra forevery additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation/bankingexcavated or stacked material : All kinds of soil : 4 Silt clearance from canals. Inclusive of initial lead and lift ( 50m & 1.5m respectively ) Wet 5 Silt clearance from canals. Inclusive of initial lead and lift ( 50m & 1.5m respectively ) Dry 6 Slip clerance in soils In ordinary soils disposal lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 7 In soils; mixed with moorum/Kankar/shingle/boulders; disposal lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 8 Filling empty cement bags with sand/ earth; including cost of sewing and strings; excluding cost of bags and earth / sand. 9 Supply of EC Bags 10 Laying in position earth filled bags as per the directions of Engineer incharge excluding the cost of EC bags supply of earth filling excavated earth into bags and earth / sand 11 Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment) 12 providing and laying of polyethene of specified weight of apporved brand and color including carrigae complete job 13 CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 14 CAST-IN-SITUProviding and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 15 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 16 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns 17 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc. 18 Dumping stone excluding cost of stones. in Horizontal on level 19 Hand-packing stones in wire-crates; excluding cost of crates and stones 20 Supply of 4” x 4” mesh and 16’ x 16’ B A Wireshould be of 4mm dia confirming to IS280 in tensile strength and otherdetails should be confirming to relevant IS specifications (IS Code). 21 supply of binding wire for lids / binding crates @ 2kg per crate 22 supply of Stone boulder (nallah) nominal size 225 mm (Stack measurements reduced by 15%) 23 Dismentling of winch machines from super structure inluding winch rods connecting rods, casings etc and making good / operational by removing dents from winch rods and repair to winch machines by cleaning greasing etc complete job 24 Removing / Refixing for making good existing gate shutters of any size and providing welding whereever, necessary and repairs / denting to guide channels whereever necessary including all carriages complete job. As per directions of Engineer incharge 25 Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 26 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 27 Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
