Providing Men, Machinery And Materials For Execution Of Emergent Works At Site As Per Requirement Due To Breaches/ Floods/ Calamities Etc For The Year 2025-26 Of Sub Division Dh Pora (Stage Contract)- 1 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth, leadupto50meterand lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil : 2 Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) includingdisposal of excavated earth lead upto 50meters and lift upto 1.5 m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.All kinds of soil : 3 Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) includingdisposal of excavated earth lead upto 50meters and lift upto 1.5 m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.All kinds of soil : 4 Silt clearance from canals. Inclusive of initial lead and lift ( 50m & 1.5m respectively ) Wet 5 Slip clerance in soils In ordinary soils disposal lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 6 In soils; mixed with moorum/Kankar/shingle/boulders; disposal lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 7 Extra forevery additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation/bankingexcavated or stacked material : All kinds of soil 8 Filling empty cement bags with sand/ earth; including cost of sewing and strings; excluding cost of bags and earth / sand. 9 Supply of EC Bags 10 Laying in position earth filled bags as per the directions of Engineer incharge excluding the cost of EC bags supply of earth filling excavated earth into bags and earth / sand 11 Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment) 12 providing and laying of polyethene of specified weight of apporved brand and color including carrigae complete job 13 CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 14 CAST-IN-SITUProviding and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 15 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 16 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 gradedstone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 25mm thick with 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate. 17 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 gradedstone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. 18 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 gradedstone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. 19 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc. 20 Dumping stone excluding cost of stones. in Horizontal on level 21 Hand-packing stones in wire-crates; excluding cost of crates and stones 22 Supply of 4” x 4” mesh and 16’ x 16’ B A Wire crate should be of 4mm dia confirming to IS280 in tensile strength and otherdetails should be confirming to relevant IS specifications (IS Code). 23 supply of binding wire for lids / binding crates @ 2kg per crate 24 opening out old wire crates those and rebinding after filling 25 P/f local wooden planks / braces / struts etc complete job 26 supply of Stone boulder (nallah) nominal size 225 mm (Stack measurements reduced by 15%) 27 Dismentling of winch machines from super structure inluding winch rods connecting rods, casings etc and making good / operational by removing dents from winch rods and repair to winch machines by cleaning greasing etc complete job 28 Removing / Refixing for making good existing gate shutters of any size and providing welding whereever, necessary and repairs / denting to guide channels whereever necessary including all carriages complete job. As per directions of Engineer incharge 29 construction of muthu bunds comprising of boulders and wood bushes in alternate layers including working in water situations 30 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalitiesnot exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in -All kinds of soil. 31 Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately). 100 mm dia. Class II 32 Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
