Flooring And Other Items Of Meeting Hall At Bhq Tral- 1 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in sizes 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete 2 Providing and fixing 12 mm thick one side laminated ply, in ceiling with necessary nails etc including wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position. 3 Providing and fixing of wood work in frames of doors and windows, clearestory windows , framed and fixed in position including all carriages to site of work complete job as directed at site, incl. 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs (KD-Wood). 4 Providing and fixing of 35mm thick full panneled shuttersfor doors (KD)including ISI marked M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished, Aldrop and other fixtures of Required size with necessary screws. Incl. finishing with 2 Coats of Touch-wood. 5 P/F of lighting points as well as lighting circiut incl. point wiring through conduits with 1.5 Sqmm Multi Standard copper wire of approved make for light pointsincl. cutting chases and making good the wall, cost of 6 amp switch, conduits, switch pannel,incl. resurfacing of wall with POP complete job. 6 P/A white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered/concrete wall surface/ceiling to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including primer 7 Carraige of sand by mechanical transport from source to site i/c loading unloading, taxes royalties etc for an average lead of 20kms 8 Provision for electric fans 9 Add provisions for signboard, Photographesand other unforseen items.
