Lorry log book in 60GSM Make SPB or Equivalent white paper of size 21 x 34cm, 100Folios Printing should be done as per specimen enclosed. All books binding should be done with 2LB straw board and thick calico 100Nos. (100 Books) 12 cloth. Marble paper is to be pasted on both the sides of cover. Pages are to be serially numbered. Name slip should be pasted in each book with TNPGCL Emblem on all register 6. Trip sheet book in 54GSM white paper of size 21 x 17cm consisting of 100sheets in duplicate (i.e., 100 x 2 = 200sheets per book) Printing should be done as per specimen enclosed. Original should be perforated at left end at point of 2cm. Serial number on each page and every book should be provided book No. started from 1 and page Sl.No. started from 00001. Name slip should be pasted in each book with TNPGCL Emblem 100Nos. (100 Books) 7. Current register in 54GSM Make SPB or Equivalent white paper of size 21 x 33cm, 200Folios Printing should be done in horizontal & vertical as per specimen enclosed. Binding with 2LB straw board with thick calico cloth. Pages are to be serially machine numbered with label 500Nos. 8. Attendance sheets in 80GSM white paper of size 21 x 29.7cm. Printing should be done as per specimen enclosed.
