We have tried to cover most of the scopes. Submission of quote would automatically mean that the above terms are accepted to the contractor. The equipment needed is for some specialized jobs. They are to be fit to perform the jobs mentioned below. The scope generally shall be as under: Vendor Scope of Work: - Operation and Maintenance of machine / equipment with all tools <(>&<)> tackles, consumable spares, fuel, and lubricants. All the tools and tackles deployed by you should be certified by a competent authority for use in the factory. Such certificate should be duly valid at all points of time and a copy of same to be submit with AMNSI (ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India) Engineer-in-charge. - To provide competent Manpower / operator for Machine / Equipment operation and Regular Maintenance by experienced crew without any delays in operation / production. Engaging qualified and experienced operators <(>&<)> helpers. Road safety must be followed for the Safe movement at any given site. - Machine spares, Hydraulic <(>&<)> Engine oil, Diesel (Fuel), Spare - Bucket, Tire, Cabin Glass, and trolley are in vendor’s scope. - Site supervisor must take prior work permit from area in-charge to attend any breakdown or for major overhauling of the equipment at site. Detailed SOP must be available from the vendor for all types of maintenance related activities for the equipment. General a. Contract Period shall be 1st Jan 2025 to 31st Dec 2026, and Work Order Delivery Period shall be 1st Jan 2025 to 31st Dec 2025. b. The vendor shall provide the specified equipment in healthy condition with competent manpower to perform operation and maintenance activities as per instructions of the AMNS site in-charge. c. Necessary Attachment needs to be provided with Machines as per Operational Requirement. Any special attachment, if required, to be mentioned during tender / work order. d. Equipment manufacturing year must be 2018 or later (Equipment of manufacturing year before 2018 will not be allowed) and it should be in good working condition. Any decision regarding acceptance of equipment of YOM earlier than 2018 will be taken by AMNS only in exceptional cases and rights for accepting such equipment’s will be only with AMNS. (Equipment age shall be less than 7 years, however Equipment completing 7 years during service delivery period shall be allowed up to service delivery period) e. All new operator / driver will be deployed only after prior approval from AMNS site in-charge as per CHSE competency matrix. The vendor shall also deploy competent maintenance personnel to maintain equipment in healthy condition. f. No Operation or maintenance personnel shall work beyond 12 hours for a given day and must be provided weekly off. In no case any person shall work more than 9 days in continuation. g. Fuel filling must be done at nearest safe place to the worksite and fuel bowser should have experienced crew for the said operation ensuring safety as per AMNS safety standards. p. No workshop space / maintenance area will be provided for equipment maintenance work within the plant. Routine maintenance may be carried out at worksite with approval from the AMNS site in-charge. q. The Contractor must restrict number of support vehicles (i.e., maintenance van, diesel bowsers, utility vehicles, etc.) based on fleet size. All such vehicles will be permitted only with approval of the AMNS site in-charge. r. In case of discontinuation of services, parties must give one-month prior notice. 2. Commercial a. Prices will be inclusive of all charges including but not limited to costs of operator / driver + reliever + maintenance personnel, Insurance / RTO, Consumables (like fuel oil etc.), fuel filling facility (like bowser, pick up, etc.) at worksite, required PPEs, Safe transportation of all personnel to worksite. b. Vendors shall quote basic prices. GST shall be paid extra as applicable. c. Payment shall be made as per actual availability of equipment at site. d. Payment shall be made within 30 days of invoice approval. e. All Equipment prices to be inclusive of mobilization <(>&<)> De-mobilization charges (if any). f. GPS system contract is an agreement between GPS service provider and mobile equipment service provider, and AM/NS India will not have any direct role, and timely payment of GPS system service cost is mobile equipment service provider’s responsibility. Any disruption in GPS service on account of non-payment of dues to GPS service provider may be penalized by AM/NS India as per AMNS Consequence management policy. g. Prices shall remain firm for the duration of the contract. h. All offers to be submitted as per quotation format only. i. If equipment replacement during breakdown is delayed, penalty shall be made for non-availability of equipment. j. For small utility vehicle like bolero, Isuzu, tata xenon, Tavera, xuv300 - user can use 3000 km per month for single shift working with a tolerance of additional 10%.
