Tender For Carrying Out The Work Shown Below - DETAILS OF WORKS AT J WARD 1. Opening and closing of J-Ward in time. 2. Tyres received from depots though DGTs are to be unloaded and to be kept in the line. 3. Tyres received form depots are to be issued to TRS for production and balance to be kept lots as per classification. 4. Scrap Tyres to be connected as per Tyre History cards and to be kept in specified place. These scrap tyre are to be loaded with marking mfg no with yellow crayon and writing Sl.no on the tyre and lot no. on laat 100% tyre at J Ward and unloaded at scrap yard with mfg no shown on the top. 5. Tyres received from TRS after process are to be connected, to be issued to depots and the balance to be kept in godown depot wise. 6. New tyres kept in godown, to be branded with APSRTC, numbers and to be issued to depots. Patches and other material to 7. P.T.R H.B.G envelops B.V.C Tubes, Flaps, be issued to TRS/Depots. 8. Unloading and loading of materials in APSRTC DGTs as per the quantities received/issued and kept in relevant places. 9. New tyres and other materials are to be put up for inspection and to be kept in respective places after inspection. 10. Attending of CF Tyres for joint inspection and loading of CF tyres when the tyres sent to the firms. 11. Attending of lot formation work at DS-8 Ward. 12. Attending for survey inspection of tyres and random inspection of tyres. 13. Any other works apart from the above entrusted by J ward supervisors and unit officer. DETAILS OF WORKS AT RECEIPT SECTION, 1. Seal opening of receipt section and wards in time. 2. Unloading of material received through our DGTs/other vehicles collected from transporters, other Zonal stores, Telco etc. 3. Opening of Boxes, counting of material, handing over of material towards etc. 4. Materials are to be put up for inspection and to be kept in respective places after inspection. 5. Handing over of material to wards. 6. Loading of rejected material, CIRT samples into our DGTs 7. DS8 in of unused material top etc. 8. Keeping premises clean. DETAILS OF WORKS AT DISPOSAL WARD: 1. Opening of DS8 ward in time. 2. Closing of DS8 wards duly affixing seal. 3. Opening 1 & 2 closed Bins if necessary and closing of the 02 Bins duly affixing seal 4. Cleaning of DSS ward & weigh Bridge Room. 5. Painting of Lot Board & Writing of lot Nos. 6. Any other works apart from the above entrusted by Disposal Ward supervisors.
