Tender For Sitc Of 58.5 Kva Dg Set Along With Amf Panel (As Per Cpcb Norms) Including Providing Earthing, Foundation At Fsd Sakti; 1 Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Silent Type Diesel Generating set which is factory assembled, factory tested diesel engine alternator set with acoustic enclosure, conforming to the latest CPCB Norms as and when amended, capable of delivering not less than 58.5 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, minimum 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 V suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system & for 0.85 Load factor at typical site conditions (i.e FSD Sakti) including all accessories like common base frame, AVR (with max +/-1% limit), starting batteries of low maintenance type suitable for cranking duty and capacity not less than 120 AH for 12V/24V DC system (or OEM manufacturer recommendation AH in case the battery is same make as that of engine and supplied by the engine manufacturer only) with leads and terminals, including battery charging dynamo,12V/24V DC Starting system comprising of starter motor, Dry exhaust mainfold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor, in built min.120 Ltr fuel tank fabricated out of 3mm thick M.S sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class C pipes of suitable dia. completed with valves, level indications & accessories as required.All required cabling, interconnection like extension of control cables from AMF to DG set shall be provided by the Contractor to support the above controls.Approval/clearance of the complete installation shall be obtained by the contractor from CPCB/State Pollution Control Board/Local Bodies/Central Electricity Authority (CEA)/ other licensing authorities wherever required. 2 ENGINE- Diesel engine 4 stroke liquid cooled, electric start continuous rated engine of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at typical site conditions and conforming to BS 5514,BS 649, IS 10000 or latest, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. 3 Engine mounted Instrument panel fitted with and having digital display for: Start-Stop switch with key, Water temperature indication, Lubrication oil pressure indication, Lubrication oil temperature indication, Battery charging indication, RPM indication, Over speed indication, low lub. Oil trip indication, Engine hours indication. 4 Alternator: Synchronous alternator, Brushless and single bearing type alternator capable of delivering a minimum 58.5 KVA (Corresponding to typical site condition ) 415V at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging Power factor. The alternator shall be having Screen protected Drip Proof enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions alongwith suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor interconnection cable in suitable pipe between alternator and AMF control panel. 5 ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE (noise level less than or equal to 75 db at a distance of 1 m from of Acoustic enclosure): Weather proof pre-fabricated factory built, free standing, floor mounting type acoustic encloser of modular construction suitable for accommodating 58.5 KVA Engine Alternator set with standard control/ instrument panel, fuel tank etc with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere as per CPWD specifications. The inside of enclosure should have atleast two nos. LED tubelight luminaire controlled by an adequate switch. 6 Control panel: Fabricating, Installing, Testing & Commissioing of weather proof outdoor type Automatic mains Failure Control Panel including auto by-pass panel, suitable for 58.5 KVA silent type DG set complete with relays, timers, set of CTs for metering & protection and energy analyser to indicate currents, phase and line voltages, frequency, power factor, KWH, KVARH & provision for overload, short circuit, resticted earth fault, under frequency, control cabling from AMF panel to diesel engine and elsewhere if required, all completed and inter locking including the following: 7 100 Amps. (minimum or as per directions) Four poleMCCB, withrotary operating mechanism with phase barriers - 2 nos or suitable (For mains and alternator) 8 100 Amps. The foundation should be min 300 mm high from the ground level. The length and breath of foundation should be at least 250mm more on all sides than the size of the enclosure) including providing necessary fuel MS piping and conducting Acceptance Testing of the Engine Alternator by arranging necessary consumables like Lube oil, fuel oil, providing artificial resistive load with cabling ,switching arrangements etc. for pre Acceptance Testing ( i.e, 10 hours full load, 1 hour 10% overload and 1 hour at no load or as per directions/specifications) and final Acceptance Testing of DG set (i.e.running of DG set on full load for 6 hours and running on 10% overload for 1 houror as per directions/specifications) including topping up of lube oil up to full marksuitable for 2 hours full load working etc. as per specifications as required. The Construction of DG Sets PCC Foundation (upto depth of 200 mm) and other materials as required for ITC of DG Set shall be in the scope of contractor. 24 Supply of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XPLE power cable of 1.1 KV grade armoured aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS 7098 part 1 with up-to-date amendment of the following size as required. 25 4 x 35 sq. mm 26 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required 27 4 x 35 sq. mm (32 mm) 28 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size directly in ground including excavation ,sand cusioning, protective coveringandrefilling the trench as required. 29 Upto 35 sq. mm 30 LayingandfixingofonenumberPVCinsulatedandPVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. 31 Upto 35 sq. mm (Clamped with 1 mm thick saddle) 32 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. 33 Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I, nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required. 34 Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required 35 Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. 36 Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required. 37 Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
