If for an item, there is less/no requirement, then the vendor has to supply other items(which is required) at an equivalent value with respect to the value remaining in the contract. 3. All the above materials should be ISI marked & approved. 4. Any faulty or damaged item delivered shall be rejected and taken back and replaced with good one. 5. All the parts must be seal packed. 6. If there are any doubts, he should obtain clarification from engineering department.
