Tender For Work Of 33 Kv Line And 33/11 Kv Substation In Rajiv Gandhi Awasiya Yojna. - Supply and erection of 7.5 Mtr. AB-1 type sub-station structure fabricated from M.S. Angle 65 × 65 × 6 mm with bracing of M.S. Flat 50 × 6 mm including excavation of pits of size 1 × 1 × 1.25 meter (as per specification & drawing approved by Nigam) Steel Wt. 350 Kg. Each structure. 2 Supply and erection of 4.3 meter long C type beam fabricated from ISA M.S. Angle 65 × 65 × 6 mm with bracing of M.S. Flat 50 × 6 mm on AB and AB structure with Nut & Bolt 5 dia (as per specification & drawing approved by Nigam) Steel Wt. 195 Kg. Each structure. 3 Supply and fixing of double break without EB Isolator on existing bracket complete in all respect as required including hardware nut, bolts & washer etc.complete in all respect as per latest specifications of Discoms. 4 33 KV (with 18 × 24 KV Post Insulator) 630 Amp. 5 Supply and fixing of 11 KV porcelain Disc inslulators (B&S) type on existing structure complete including all accessories like hardwares, fitting nut, bolt & washer etc.complete in all respect as per latest specifications of Discoms. 6 One H/w with 3 Disc insulator (120KN) for Panther 7 Supply and laying/stringing of Bus bar with ACSR and jumber connection using tie rod, 11 KV insulator string, required hardware, PG clamps/T-clamps etc., as per requirement including Y-connection at bus bar jumpering point complete in all respect as per latest specifications of Discoms. 8 PG Clamp for ACSR Panther to Panther 9 T/Clamp for Panther to Panther 10 ACSR panther conductor 11 Constn. of 33 KV Kiosk/VCB Plate form 3.0 × 1.3 × 1.3 Mtrs. Including excavation in all type of soil up to the depth of 900 mm, foundation concrete in C.C. - 1 : 5 : 10 for 150 mm thickness, stone masonary in cement mortar of mix. 1:8 with top of the plate form finished with 100 mm layer of C.C. 1:2:4 including fixing of foundation bolts and cement plaster - 20 mm thick of mix ration 1 : 6, on all the exposed surfaces of the plate form - complete in all respect. 12 SITC of VCB out door type complete with accessories including use of special tools & conducting all pre commissioning tests before energisation, l etc. complete in all respect with erection & grouting of structure (excluding civil works).complete in all respect as per latest specifications of Discoms. The relays will be tested by Discom. 13 36 KV VCB, 1250 Amp. 14 SITC of 12 KV VCB out door incoming type complete with accessories including use of special tools & conducting all pre commissioning tests before energisation, l etc. complete in all respect with erection & grouting of structure (excluding civil works).complete in all respect as per latest specifications of Discoms. The relays will be tested by Discom.12 KV VCB, 1260 Amp. 15 SITC of 12 KV VCB out door outgoing type complete with accessories including use of special tools & conducting all pre commissioning tests before energisation, l etc. complete in all respect with erection & grouting of structure (excluding civil works).complete in all respect as per latest specifications of Discoms. The relays will be tested by Discom.12 KV VCB, 630 Amp. 16 SITC of 33 KV oil filled current / potential transformers on supporting structure including wiring and conducting all pre commissioning tests before energisation, including making necessary terminal connections complete in all respect as per latest specifications of Discoms. ( The CT/PT set will be tested by Discom). The work include installation of structure and foundation as per latest Discom specifications. 17 33KV CT (1 Set of 3 Nos.) 400-200-100/5A-5A 18 33KV PT, 33 KV/110 V 19 Constn. of 33/11 KV Transformers plate form 2.4 × 2.4 × 2.0 Mtrs. including excavation in all type of soil up to the depth of 900 mm, foundation concrete in C.C. - 1 : 5 : 10 for 150 mm thickness brick masonary in cement mortar of mix. 1:8 with top of the plate form finished with 100 mm layer of C.C. 1:2:4 alongwith 2 Nos. M.S. Rails 90 Pounds of 2.4 Mtr. length each, alongwith cement plaster - 20 mm thick of mix ration 1 : 6, on all the exposed surfaces of the plate form - complete in all respect. 20 SITC of 33/11 KV, 8 MVA star delta transformer with OLTC on existing platform with one bucholdg, MOG, winding and oil temperature indicator complete in all respect as per latest specifications of Discoms including making necessary connection etc. ( The Transformer will be tested by Discom). (as per Discom SIR) 21 Supply and fixing of lightening arrestors on the existing brackets in all respect as required including hardware, nut, bolt & washer etc. for O&M workscomplete in all respect as per latest specifications of Discoms. 22 33 KV Sub-station type (30KV 10 KA Sub-station Class) 23 SITC of control and relay panel including checking of wiring and conducting all pre commissioning tests before energisaion, satisfactory operation of all equipment existing thereof complete in all respect as per latest specifications of Discoms. 24 33 KV Control Panel Feeder Type 25 33 KV Control Panel Transformer Type
