    Tender For Repair Of Fairly Jetty- 1 Wooden planks of gangway deck are to be taken out to facilitated renewal of damaged structure members and re-fitment of the same after dressing. 2 Gangway corroded and thin down steel member to be renewedISMC-200x75-1.8MTISMC-75x40-0.6MTJoining Plate-0.9MT 3 Fairly jetty existing pontoon to be replaced by WBSTC supplied pontoon. 4 Taking out carefully G.C.I. sheets (including ridges etc.) from roof of gangway after unscrewing bolts, nuts, screws etc. and stacking the material at site as directed. 5 M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 connected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. For trusses spanning up to 12.00 m. 6 Galvanized corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. In Roof:- With 0.80 mm thick sheet 7 Labour for curving C.I. or G.C.I. sheet for curved roof etc. 8 Making scaffolding with satging, including hire charges of bamboo, ballad etc. and all materials required suitable to undertake the jobs for which scaffolding is being made and as directed by EIC. Upto 6 mtr
