construction work in ambedkar circle - Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in sub base over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 as per table 400-1 including all labour, machinery etc. Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth: with cement mortar 1:6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level: 1:14:3 (1 Cement: 1% coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). Providing and fixing Granite stone slab mirror polished and machineedge cut in walls, pillars, steps, Shelves, Sills Counters, Floors etc.laid on 12mm (Av.) thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3coarse sand) jointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1white cement: 2 marble dust) with pigment to match the shade of the marble slabincluding grinding, rubbing and polishing complete. Green/Black Upto to 1500 Cm2 Tiles 4 4 4 4 6 Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of granular sub-base byproviding close graded material (Table 400-1), spreading in uniform 7 layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placemethod with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&Hspecification clause - 401 including all material, labour, machinery,lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and completelabour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine/coarse sand) Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat withcement primer
