    E-Tender For The Civil Works Of The State Bank Of India, Civil Lines Branch At Bathinda., 1 VITRIFIED TILE FLOORING Providing & fixing vitrified tiles of size 800x800 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3,and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles.The tiles shall be of premium quality double charged (first quality) of reputed manufacture i.e. JOHNSON/NITCO/KAJARIA/NIRO GRANITE. The work also includes dismentaling of existing floor/wall tiles or stone & removal of malba and disposal of the same away from site. 430 Sq.mt Cost of Tile Rs. 70/ sq.ft inclusive of delivery, Octroi, loading- Unloading at site and all taxes thereon excluding GST. 2 Granite flooring Providing , Laying & fixing of granite stone (Grey shade)15mm to 18mm thick in flooring/skirting treads & risers of steps,laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone. The work also includes dismentaling of existing floor/wall tiles or stone & removal of malba and disposal of the same away from site 30 Sq.mt 3 CIVIL WORKS i Dismantling Brickwork/RCC manually/mechanical means including stacking oo servicable material and disposal of unservicable material with in 50 m as per direction of Enginerr in charge.
