For The Programme Of Sahitya Utsav And Little Magazine Fair 2025 From 5Th April To 9Th April 2025 (5 Days)- 1 Making Stall for Little Magazine & Book Stall for 5 days 2 Construction of temporary structure of stalls at Rabindra sadan-Nandan Complex to be covered with fireproof tarpoline with wooden platform & backside of all stalls will be covered by framing with designed flex. Stall constructed by Octanorm structure with 1150 running ft (width 10 ft and 10 ft height) 3 Flex 1150x9 (iron frame) for stall back wall 4 2 x 1.5 vinyl printing sticker with self adhesive by deploying sufficient manpower 5 Flex 1150x4 (wooden frame) header for iron canopy 6 Construction of temporary structure of stalls for various Akademis to be covered with fireproof tarpoline with wooden platform & backside of all stalls will be covered by framing with designed flex. Stall constructed by Bamboo structure with 50 running ft (width 9ft and 10 ft height) with sufficient reck. 7 Backdrop (50x9) at Akademis stall along with outside facia (50x4) and branding at two sides (12x9x2) 8 Flex legcanopy (9 x 1.5) 9 20’X30’ (Guest Lounge) attached with stage of Ekhtara Mancha to be covered with tarpaulin & Octanum with curtain with mattress on floor 10 Low Centre table at Guest Lounge with covers for 5 days (Rate should be quoted including transportation, fitting & Fixing) 11 2 seater sofa at Guest Lounge for 5 days (Rate should be quoted including transportation, fitting & fixing) 12 Book stall (7ftX8ftX9ft).
