Servicing ofthevehicle Tata Xenon, checking the serviceabilityof thevehicle oiling, Engine tuning, overhauling fixture accessories replacement of first moving parts changing oil ( Engine Oil will be provided by dept ), maint of battery with electrolyte solution, distilled water, wheel alingnment,Greasing to wheel bearing / HubGreasing ofall mechanical moving parts,Checking of the Battery Charging system.(a) Fuel Filter -set- 1(b) Oil Filter -Each-1(c) Coolant - Ltr-1(d) aking down theexistingdefective AlternatorfromVehicle and replacement of work out spares like Rotor Coil, Field coil, Rectifier,Electronic regulator with Carbon brush with Holder, refixing in same position and testing complete. - Each Job -1(e) M&L for Radiator servicing Complete - Each Job - 1(f) M & L for washing complete vehicle, vacuum cleaning from inner side & dusting with air blower complete. - Each Job -1(g) Horn Assy - 1(h) Steering Cover - Each -1(j) Centre bearing along with rubber(k) Centre bearing along with rubber - Each -1(l) Universal cross - Each - 1(m) Yeok & teeth -Each -1
