Overhauling And Servicing Of 1 No. Vt Pump (Pump No 3) At Mannapara Booster Pumping Station Under Baranagar Municipality.- 1 Decoupling , removing, withdrawing the LT motor of capacity 110 KW from motor stool base after removable of LT connection and cable from cable end box, earth connection & other accessories as connected and stacking the motor properly on wooden block with the help of necessary tools and tackles as required as per direction of EIC. 2 Removal of the motor stool after disconnecting cooling water line connection etc. removing of lower half coupling adjusting nuts . Removal of T.B.H unit (Thrust Bearing Housing )and stacking them in repairing bay as per direction of the EIC. 3 Removal of packing box sleeve, split packing, gland packing box assembly and stacking them as per direction of the EIC. 4 Disconnecting the pump discharge branch from the delivery line and lifting thetotal pump assembly after removing the cap screw between discharge head and sole plate by removing top column assembly discharge elbow assembly including all shafts coupling and the bowl assembly on proper support and then checking of all the parts as per direction of EIC. (Requried M.S. channels to provide support to pump assembly and mechanical tools and tackles i.eGas cutting etc. as needed to execute this item is included) 5 Dismantling part by part of complete T.B.H unit of Pump and then checking all the parts as per direction of EIC. 6 Supply and Delivery at site of the following Spare parts 7 Rubber Bearing(Part No-3570101) 8 Ratchet Pin(Part No-3690101) 9 Coupling Bush(Part No-4000101) 10 Coupling Pin Metric(Part No-4040101) 11 Washer(Part No-4090101) 12 O-ring(Part No-5240101) 13 O-ring(Part No-5250101) 14 Thrust Bearing (Make-SKF Model- 7318 BEP) 15 Rectificationof the spare parts includingtrasportation of the spare to the machine shop,Metalizingalong with machining and surface finishingof thedamaged shaft part, trueness checking of the shaft and transportation of the rectified parts to pump house etc complete as required as per direction of EIC. 16 Cleaning the pumpas per direction of the EIC. 17 Supplying of the following consumable to be utilised.A)TBH Cooling Oil grade 46. (Make: SERVO PRIME) as required as per direction of EIC.(Lum Sum) 18 Re-assembly of TBH unit part by part with supplied of consumable materials including fixing of spare parts (item no-6.11 to 6.12) complete at work site as per direction of EIC. 19 Re-fixing of the pump assembly part by part including fitting & fixing of the spare parts (item no-6.01 to 6.08) Painting two coats in outer surface of all column pipes and Checker plate as per direction of EIC.(All gasket, fastners,white paint & sundry materialsand HT nuts & bolts as requried for the installation are included). 20 Re-fixing of the motor stool and motor by making proper allignment with the line shaft and motor coupling within permissible limit, fixing coupling bolts and nuts, worn out rubber pads of the coupling bolts are to be replaced by supplying new rubber pads ,making re-connection of the cooling water line,Painting two coats in inner & outer surface of motor stool including discharge pipe , refixing and re-arrangement of the L.T cable and connection of the same to the motor terminals and testing & commissioning of the pump-motor setas per direction of EIC. 21 Repairing of the water level indicator(float and board type) including replacing the SS ropeas per direction of EIC. 22 Add G.S.T. @ 18% on Rs.3,25,245.16 (Total Amount over item no 1.00 to13) 23 Add Cess @1% on Rs.3,83,789.29 ( Total Amount over item no 1.00 to14)
