Tender For Road Safety Work On Sitapur-Gola-Aliganj-Bijuwa Road (Sh-135) Km-68 To 79. - P/L of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflecto rising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass breads as per IRC 35.The finished surface to be level uniform & free from streaks and hole. 2 Thermoplastic marking of 300 mm side and 15 mm height at 1000 mm apart (One set is of 6 strips) 15 mm height is achieved through six applications thermoplastic, aplied at an interval not less than one hours after the previous layer gets solidaified. Alternatively, made of Mastic Asphalt or any equivalent material which would provide 15 mm height.Repeated bar marking (For Speed Control ) 3 Providinglaying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat .
