Tender For Beautification Work Of Nehru Nagar Chauraha In Zone-4, Kanpur Nagar. - Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 3 R.C.C. work in lighterbeams i.e. having spans upto 6 m. (Using 1:1.5:3 Mix concrete) 4 R.C.C. work in R.C.C.Raft foundation and footingwithapproved stone ballast.(Using1:1.5:3Mix concrete) 5 R.C.C. work in R.C.C. columns in 1:1.5:3 having strength not less than M-20. 6 P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and and over lapping & hooks. 7 Same as in item no. 8but in1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in superstructure for wall thickness 23 cms & below brick work. 8 15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1) 1 cement : 6 coarse sand F.M.-2.25 9 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) 10 Finishing walls with putty approved brand and manufacturer and or required shade and undecorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour T & P etc required for proper completion of work. 11 CC Interlocking Road 12 Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts 13 Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure). 14 Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source including carriage upto 1 km (manure measured instacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) : Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm. 15 Spreading of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth in requiredthickness (cost of sludge dump manure or/and good earth to bepaid separately). 16 Carrigae of manure upto 5 K.M. 17 Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge. 18 Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately) 19 Supplying & Stacking of Selection No.1/doob grass at site fresh & free from weeds having proper roots in green including loading, unloading, carriage and all taxes paid etc.and as per direction of officer in charge. 20 Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by Per Sqm the department) and as per direction of officer in charge. 21 Aster Hybrid variety in different colour, well developed with fresh & healthy foliage in full bloom 25 to 30 cm ht., in 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot. 22 Anemone hybrid (3 in one) variety well developed with fresh & healthy Flower in full bloom in 25 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot. 23 Polyalthia pendula (Ashok Pendula) height 180-195 cm. in gunny bag size 30 cm 24 Juniper Shrub (1 Feet) 25 M-150 Brick workin1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in superstructure for wall thickness 12 cms & below brick work. 26 15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. G.I. Octagonal Pole of approved make (top dia 70mm, bottom dia 130mm and base plate 12mm thick) having 3mm thickness with single arm bracket (1 Mtr. length) on R.C.C. foundation including the cost of foundation, foundation bolts, excavation & back filling and required T & P complete in all respect. 32 Supplying and erection of a set of three 11 KV disc insulator for 33 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required. 33 Supply and burying of safe earthing electrode T-19 (Hot Dip Galvanized) length upto 2000 mm, outer G.I. Confirming to IP 66 and above Protection complete in all respect. CAT-AAA 36 Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, 2 way modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. 37 Supply and fixing and concealing of 20 mm dia. 2mm thick PVC conduit pipe with ISI mark embossed and with PVC accessories confirming to IS No. 3419 for drawing wires duly sealed at joints with original resin / adhesive to make the complete piping rigid, plastering with cement sand mortar finished to the level with matching colour wash including cost of all material labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per directions and to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
