    Tender For P & F Of Chemical Anchor Bolt In Pltcm 27023250 10 10 10 PROVIDING & FIXING CHEMICAL HILTI BOLT 1,350 NO 20 FIXING OF CHEMICAL HILTI BOLT 1,150 NO Email : PIYUSH.SHARMA@AMNS.IN Contact : Name : Piyush Sharma Item Details : Supplier will provide Mechanical anchor bolts (Make: Mungo, Hilti, Fisher, Wruth Only) as per BOQ provided by AMNSI. Application of bolts as per requirement of AMNSI will be in Supplier’s scope. Travelling, food, lodging of Anchor bolts fixing team will be Supplier’s scope. All tools and equipment required for fixing of anchor bolts will be in supplier’s scope. All Tools and equipment used must have TPI certificates. Anchor bolt fixing Team must be aware of AMNSI safety norms and follow the same. All PPEs and special protective equipment required during anchor bolt fixing will be in Supplier’s Scope Supplier will maintain sufficient stock of anchor bolts with their application team in AMNSI premises. Supplier must be able to execute the work within 24 hours after receiving requirement from AMNSI. Supplier will depute one supervisor with the team to carry out work permits and other formalities. Supplier will submit JSA (Job safety analysis), Risk assessment and SOP for anchor fixing work. Supplier must submit reports for pull out test for anchor bolts done by competent authority. (Third party) Supplier will carry out all gate-pass related formalities for anchor bolt fixing team and tools and equipment. AMNSI’s Scope Requirement with Size and quantity will be communicated in advance by AMNSI. Electricity, water supply will be in AMNSI, s scope.
