Tender For Hydraulic Piling For Pp1 Seal Box Bagfiler 7023305 10 10 10 Installation of Vertical Bored Cast600mm 1,914 M 20 Steel Handling for 600mm pile 73 TO Email : sriram.konatham@edu.amns.in Contact : Name : Sri Konatham Item Details : LINE ITEM 1:- Installation of Bored cast-in-situ RCC vertical pile as per IS:2911 (part-1 / Sec 2) with diameter(600mm) and length as specified (length to be measured from pile cut-off level to the bottom of pile) using cement concrete grade M30 with a minimum cement content of 420 Kg per cum of concrete including providing all materials (excluding reinforcement steel, cement), boring / Hydraulic drilling in all types of soil, providing bentonite slurry and / or casing for stabilization of pile bore, flushing of pile bore, cleaning, providing plasticizer wherever required including empty boring from ground level to pile cut off level, etc., all complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Line Item 2 :- Providing,placing and maintaining in position HYSD reinforcing bars of dia. varying from 6 mm to 25 mm in Bored Cast-in-Situ Piles, including loading, transportation to site of work, unloading, straightening of bars, cutting, bending, tying grills including cost of binding wire of 16 gauge lowering the cages in pile bores and keeping in position, welding, providing necessary Cement Concrete cover blocks, spacer bar, etc., as directed by Engineer-in-charge including all required machinery, consumable, labour etc., complete. (Reinforcement shall be issued free of cost on reconciliation basis as mentioned in Special Conditions of contract). Scope of Work :- All works to be performed under these Specifications shall be carried out at the proposed locations shown on the drawings and shall include but not be limited to the following: • Construction of bored <(>&<)> cast in-situ RC piles for various structures under contract (working piles). • Performance of proof load tests on the working piles selected by the Engineer-in-Charge. • Socketing as specified in the drawing to be executed. • Keeping complete record of all the operations performed during boring, construction and load testing of the piles stated above <(>&<)> getting it certified on periodic basis for billing purpose. • Deploy Field surveyor with equipment, land levelling, marking and mob de mobilization of earth moving equipment is under contractor scope. • Construction of bored <(>&<)> cast in-situ RC test piles for pile load tests (Test Pile) • Removal <(>&<)> disposal of piling muck with in 2 kms with all necessary transportation and excavation . • The drilling of holes for piling shall be done by straight or reverse rotary rig or any other suitable method proposed by the Contractor, subject to approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. Irrespective of the method used for drilling holes, the following specifications shall be adhered to by the Contractor. • Drilling operations shall be carried out in such a way as to avoid any disturbance of the soil especially at the bottom of the hole. (i.e., sand boiling). • After completion of drilling operations, the bore hole length shall be checked and recorded. • All installation procedures shall be subject to the Engineer-in-Charges approval. No pile boring shall take place within 48 hours of the concreting of any pile which is within a radius of 5 times of pile die. • Cement and steel on AMNS scope • All machinery with statutory compliances should submitted by the contractor. (inside the plant premises) • All machinery and tools with statutory complaints are required by AMNS to be submitted by the contractor. • A daily log-sheet shall be provided and signed by the AMNS authority engineer for the same to be submitted along with an invoice. • The contractor shall provide registration certificates of machinery (piling rig, crane, loader, and backhoe). • Concrete cubes need to be taken to each pile for testing. • The contractor shall be liable for any damage or loss to property caused during work including structures, movable property, public vehicles, personnel etc. The same shall be reinstated by the contractor at his own cost. • Fuel and all other expenses are in vendor scope. • The pile needs to be executed as per the design provided by the AMNS. • All PPE and statutory complaints must be fulfilled as per AMNS requirements. • All the Manpower should follow the scrum system, and the data should be submitted along with an invoice. • A daily log-sheet shall be provided and signed by the AMNS authority engineer for the same to be submitted along with an invoice. • Models of all machinery should not be less than 2019. • Operators should follow the scrum system, and the data should be submitted along with the invoice. HSE • Safety PPEs like Helmet, shoe, glasses, gloves, safety belts are in the contractor scope. • Daily Safety toolbox talk to be conducted by the respective contractor. • Its mandatory to give ID card and job skill type designation to the workers. • An engineer, Safety officer and supervisor not less than 4 years’ experience to be appointed till completion of the job. • Safety if the prime concern and responsibility any deviation in safety will leads to termination of the contract. • All workers should go with industrial training and only after that gate pass will be issued. • All workers should have entered through scrum system. • Risk assessment on job at site to be before executing the erection activity. • Vendor is responsible for making the erection plan/method study in coordination with M/S AMNS in charge.
